  1. Can you deliver gifts within 24 hours? What is the cut-off time of your deliveries?
    Yes, we can deliver gifts within 24 hours from the ordered time to approximately all the cities in USA. For such deliveries to be done, you must place the order within 4 p.m. IST. This proves the strength of our network. We advise you to go through the Delivery Locations Page to know more about the locations where such deliveries are made.
  2. Are deliveries possible on Sundays and holidays?
    We serve our customers throughout the year including Sundays and holidays but certain items which require to be delivered through courier will reach you only on working days.
  3. Are Flowers sent through courier? Can you guarantee of their freshness?
    Flower is hand delivered through a local florist and not via courier. So, we can assure you of their freshness.
  4. What measures will be taken if the perishable items are not delivered in fresh condition?
    If the recipient refuses to accept the product, dissatisfied with its freshness, then we re-deliver the same without charging for any extra cost. If, after accepting the product, a complaint is lodged, we do not grant it.
  5. How will an item, not available locally, be delivered?
    We courier the items which are not available in the local market within 1-3 days. The delivery time will depend upon holidays, if any and the area of delivery.
  6. Can you deliver customized gifts though not displayed on the website?
    Yes, we can deliver customized gifts to all over USA. To avail such delivery you need to mail us and we will send you the confirmation.

    Yes we provide a Greetings Card with every product so that you can write your personalized message upon it and send it to your loved ones.

  10. Can you deliver gifts on time if a particular time is specified by the customer?
    We can guarantee you delivery on a specified date but we do not guarantee about the time. But, till date, we have been successful in delivering 95% of our orders on the time. If you want your orders to be delivered on time then please specify it during form submission. We will try our level best to please you by doing so.
  11. How will the customer come to know about the delivery status?
